Ascott Asset Management was set up by Adam Scott Hyman in 2011, an experienced & established Chartered Surveyor, Valuer and Asset Manager.

 

Adam spent his formative years training and gaining experience with the likes of Lambert Smith Hampton, DTZ and CBRE. He has directly acted on c.10 million square feet of UK Commercial Assets, producing in excess of £130 million in Revenue. 

His strength lies in his creative and entrepreneurial approach, breadth of experience and network of contacts which comes from having worked both client-side and in private practice and across all sectors of the UK Property Market.

His strong interpersonal skills enable him to build favourable tenant relations resulting in a consistent track record for adding value across all types of commercial real estate.

In 2010, one of Adam's instructions was shortlisted by Property Week for Asset Management Deal of the Year.
